Was the 2025 North American Book Tour Postponed?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We regret to confirm that the U.S. dates for the book tour have been postponed due to delays in securing visas. At this time, we do not have new dates scheduled, but please know we are working hard to resolve this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you plan to attend the event once it is rescheduled, your tickets will be honored, and there is no further action required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you purchased from Ticketmaster, they will contact you directly with further details and next steps as they become available. You can check your Ticketmaster Account at any time for the most updated status for your show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you purchased a resale ticket from some other source (not Ticketmaster), you will need to reach out to your original point of purchase for options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refund Policy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Due to the nature of this offering, which includes access to pre-sale tickets, the purchase of Artist Pre-Sale access non-refundable. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This purchase does not guarantee pre-sale tickets; it only provides priority access to ticket pre-sales when they become available. This offering is valid for one year from the date of your original purchase and will not renew automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cell Phone Policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of cellphones, cameras, or recording devices will not be permitted in the performance space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon arrival at the venue, all phones will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests are responsible for maintaining possession of their belongings at all times and may access their phones throughout the event in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All phones will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the event space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anyone seen using a non-permitted device during the performance will be escorted out of the venue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guests are encouraged to bring a credit card for purchases inside the venue. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free viewing experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
